At Mignini, Raab, Demuth & Murahari, LLP prospective clients are offered free initial telephone consultations directly with an attorney for preliminary case analysis. If an attorney is not available, phone appointments can be scheduled directly with an attorney at a later time. Generally, an attorney will be able to speak with you within one to two business days from your initial inquiry to our office.

All prospective clients, whose cases are accepted as it relates to Social Security Disability are entitled to an in-depth tailored consultation, either in-person or by telephone, which consists of the following:

  1. Explanation of the how the appeals process works (including what happens at each level of the process)
  2. Explanation of all paperwork to be signed
  3. Legal strategy session on how build a case for success, with particular attention to medical development based on specific medical conditions (generally conducted at the end of the consultation)

We also offer our clients access to our Client Portal via our website, which provides each client with easy access to forms, tools, and other important information they may need throughout the appeals process.
